As Good As Mother’s
Seasoned Flour is an old southern family recipe that was passed down from generation to generation.

30 years in the making, As Good As Mother’s Famous Seasoned Flour was created and first used at Eat N Run Carry-Out and Catering located on Chicago’s South Side.  Due to consumer demand, chicken and fish sales increased by over 50%.   This success sparked the idea to mass produce the seasoned flour, and As Good As Mother’s Inc. was started in 1996.  Today As Good As Mother’s distinct taste can be found in homes, restaurants and stores.

As Good As Mother’s Seasoned Flour is available in 10 oz packages, and in three flavors:

Chicken Mix
Fish Mix
Cajun Mix


Q.   Do I have to add anything?

A.   No. The flour is already seasoned and mixed in the bag.

Q.   What is the shelf life of the product?

A.   One year from first opening.  Longer if refrigerated.

Q.   What can I use AGAM on?

A.   Anything you would put flour and seasonings on. Excellent for chicken, steaks, pork chops, fish, shrimp, vegetables and gravy.
